Larry is doing the incredible 3 Peaks Challenge in Keswick on Saturday 16th May to raise funds for us! 🤩
“I want to help break the cycle of child poverty. The 3 peaks is 18.5 miles up and down Catbells, Walla Crag and Latrigg, but what they don’t tell you when you sign up for it is that it’s a mile from the car park to the start/finish line! 20.5 miles in total.”
After recently leading a half-day Common Purpose leadership session at Howdon Hub, Larry said: “it struck me that making the break from inter-generational poverty depends on one of two things (preferably both):
1. A bit of luck
2. Having an influential person in your life who has broken free of poverty themselves to point you in the right direction.”
We hope that by raising more funds, we can continue providing the fantastic Family Entrepreneurs who do just that!
If you want to motivate Larry whilst helping children and families facing difficulties, please #donate what you can 🤩
