We are passionate about making a real sustainable difference to the lives of the children and families that we support. Putting a ‘sticking plaster’ on a problem and then disappearing again does not work. We commit to working on all issues for the whole family so that changes in behaviour and circumstances are long lasting.
Commissioners and grant funders quite rightly want progress to be measured and for it to add value, specifically saving cost to the public purse in the long term so we are careful to monitor and measure every outcome we achieve.
In 2015/16 we achieved some remarkable outcomes and successes for families as shown in this graphic; we aim to do even better this year so that children and families’ life chances can truly be improved for the long term.
